Employer portal

Next step to achieve in the Jobbooster project is to build the employer functionallity.
Now it's time to build the Employer portal screens.
Employers can register themselves with their relevant data including vacancies to meet jobseekers in a jobboard.

Also a back-office functionallity will be provided to help Employer to start searching for worker/employees.
